Avoid Loosing Hope Just because of Failure

Image
Failure is really a Word which itself  shows its Negativity. But, there are few people out there who completely dis own this myth.  When we try to achieve certain goals , do all the possible acts to prove ourselves but, fails to do so then, FAILURE Knocks our Doors. This Failure is not actually the Full stop to your capacity and competitiveness whereas, it shows the ways by which you can not achieve your Aim. So, Change the way not the Goals. Most of our Ideals such as, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs were the failure before their limelight. If they have had thought of getting failed and changing their goals then we could not know them today who they are. They actually learned from their mistakes and corrected them followed with belief and passion for getting success. When we take things casually or not interesting then it looses its importance followed by failure. Failure to be taken as as coach to teach us, How to succed in more better ways, Know the wrong path where not to go...

Business OR Job - A strategic Fit Between Two

" Business " is very sensitive as well as demanding concept not for those who are into it but also for those who is willing to get into it. I am not saying to get away from Business by quoting above Phrase but I would differ by saying it should be handle with care. A Business is actually a commitment where A person agrees to devote his precious time and mental focus towards the fulfillment of its fuel to grow. Most of us take Business as an alternative to job such as, if I am not suitable for job or if I am not getting any job then, Business is the Plan B. But actually we ignore to accept Either it us Job or Business, we all have to perform certain roles towards some common team goals. If we can't focus on those and if we can't align our doings towards it then eventually it will ruin our Business too. This doesn't mean that Both are the same and Unfit for Job is unfit for Business also. There are certain parameters on which you should assess yourself before quitti...

Mutual Fund vs. Stocks - A Crisp Similarity

Image
When we talk about any investment, always a thing comes in our mind which is " where to Invest " . This is actually a matter of fact because this is a question whose answer is different for every investors depends specifically on the category and priorities we give to our wants to decide on avenues to invest in. Looks very Complicated ! Let me make it clear. We are Human Beings and our Needs are limitless and unsatisfied. we set priorities and timeline for the wants to be satisfied within a stipulated timeframe. For every want, there is a kitty to justify. Example: For an Old aged Person, His savings are more important and would require in a very short time do he prefer to put it into Fixed Deposits with Banks and NBFC's. Similarly, For a Young Investor, this time horizon stretches so he put his money with different riskier avenues such as stocks and Equity. Riskier here does not only signifies the equity market only because it is associated with all investment avenues ...

Trading is of two types- Cash & Margin Trading. In margin trading we require some margin amount to trade but in contrary to this Cash Trading Provides the trader, an oppurtunity to trade from the only cash he/she is having in trading account. FDI vs. FII ( a crisp relation or difference among the two)

FDI vs FII Both FDI and FII is related to investment in a foreign country. FDI or Foreign Direct Investment is an investment that a parent company makes in a foreign country. On the contrary, FII or Foreign Institutional Investor is an investment made by an investor in the markets of a foreign nation. In FII, the companies only need to get registered in the stock exchange to make investments. But FDI is quite different from it as they invest in a foreign nation. The Foreign Institutional Investor is also known as hot money as the investors have the liberty to sell it and take it back. But in Foreign Direct Investment, this is not possible. In simple words, FII can enter the stock market easily and also withdraw from it easily. But FDI cannot enter and exit that easily. This difference is what makes nations to choose FDI’s more than then FIIs. FDI is more preferred to the FII as they are considered to be the most beneficial kind of foreign investment for the whol...

Organisational Behaviour towards Employee after long Holiday

" How was your leave, How you felt , Are we ready to Commence , Could we charge up again  , Should we pump up the Fuel." The phrase above should be the expecting punch by the organisation to it's Employee when he/ She returns back from holiday but as we get the damn down faces with a heinous crime scene being created. We got ignored to some extent by the HR and by our superiors for not being regular and for being relaxed as it was not meant to us while working for them. They expect us to rub our back regularly without any break and our own priorities should go worse day by day. The fact is clear that, every person either on middle ,lower or top management.  Every human being needs a break not necessarily on regular basis but atleast a long break once a year to fuel up their performance or recharge themselves. If we ignore the fact the job is created to make the life comfortable by creating earning source. But we are making jobs sceptic these days. " WORDS OF ONE KNO...
