Organisational Behaviour towards Employee after long Holiday

 " How was your leave, How you felt , Are we ready to Commence , Could we charge up again  , Should we pump up the Fuel."


The phrase above should be the expecting punch by the organisation to it's Employee when he/ She returns back from holiday but as we get the damn down faces with a heinous crime scene being created.

We got ignored to some extent by the HR and by our superiors for not being regular and for being relaxed as it was not meant to us while working for them. They expect us to rub our back regularly without any break and our own priorities should go worse day by day.

The fact is clear that, every person either on middle ,lower or top management.  Every human being needs a break not necessarily on regular basis but atleast a long break once a year to fuel up their performance or recharge themselves.

If we ignore the fact the job is created to make the life comfortable by creating earning source. But we are making jobs sceptic these days.

" WORDS OF ONE KNOWN PERSON WHO EXPERIENCEDTHE SCENE "
