Business OR Job - A strategic Fit Between Two
" Business " is very sensitive as well as demanding concept not for those who are into it but also for those who is willing to get into it.
I am not saying to get away from Business by quoting above Phrase but I would differ by saying it should be handle with care. A Business is actually a commitment where A person agrees to devote his precious time and mental focus towards the fulfillment of its fuel to grow.
Most of us take Business as an alternative to job such as, if I am not suitable for job or if I am not getting any job then, Business is the Plan B. But actually we ignore to accept Either it us Job or Business, we all have to perform certain roles towards some common team goals. If we can't focus on those and if we can't align our doings towards it then eventually it will ruin our Business too.
This doesn't mean that Both are the same and Unfit for Job is unfit for Business also. There are certain parameters on which you should assess yourself before quitting your job for business just for the sake of satisfying the ongoing fantasy of a start up. Some people works efficiently and generates good income to back up there expenses for the period in which there Business will grow. Some people just got bored from job culture and start businesses without having enough savings to back up.
Listen, It's not a rocket science but the cruel reality that quitting without planning could ruin you as it will alter your focus and growth. You must follow below steps before quitting your job for businesses or startup:
1. Keep calm and introspect yourself
2. Think twice, why I want to go for Business
3. Am I going to add value to society or just willing to make money through Business.
4. What is my strength and what makes me happy doing
5. Find Similar Business idea which matches your strength
6. Find existing Business Similar to your idea and do research
7. Start with smaller steps and look for efficient team as doing everything on your own doesn't makes you superman
8. If you think you are ready to excel then quit your job and focus on your dream
Note: This is Writer's personal view and this doesn't claim to be implemented without self assessment.
